If you want to demonstrate the construction of laminated glass to your customers, this sample offers a great visual as to how laminated glass is constructed with PVB laminate.  The flexible PVB laminate extends past the edge of the glass so your customer can see and feel how the laminate inner layers function. The glass itself measures 3 inches square, while the PVB extends an additional inch.  Therefore the overall dimensions are 4 x 3 x 0.33 inches.  The PVB thickness is approximately 0.030”.
