Professional Solar, UV & Visible Light Measurement can help bring your customers back:

Your customer uses windows to see what is going on around them and also to allow them to enjoy their surroundings.

• Solar Meters directly demonstrate how the infrared or heat component part of the sun's light rays directly affects your customers energy bills and comfort level. This is important because 70% of your customers heating and cooling bills due to the window are from the sun's light rays

• UV radiation causes 40% of furniture, picture, etc. fading. A single pane window reduces UV energy by approximately 23-28%, a dual pane from 36-41%, while a high performance UV window can exceed an 80% reduction which is dynamic for a sales presentation.

• Visible Light accounts for 40% of the remaining fading in furniture, pictures, etc. Customer comfort is extremely important and eye strain conditions caused by excessive glare can be prevented by your windows.

An effective tool for the Sales, Installation, and Repair & Replacement process is Low-E Detection.

Differentiate yourself from competitors and earn return customers during:

Sales Presentation: During the sales process ensure your customer that you will use the best Low E Detectors available to verify they receive the correct Low E Coating and it is manufactured and installed correctly.

Installation: Quickly and correctly identify the type and location of Low-E for your installers and demonstrate to you customer that they received what they ordered. The installation process should be treated as a sales process to gain the customer's confidence to return to you for their future needs.

Repair and Replacement: Never replace a Low-E window with a clear window. The loss of energy and comfort will drive the customer away from ever ordering from you again. Show the customer that you are replacing their ineffective clear pane window with an energy efficeint window.

The sun's radiation accounts for a major percentage of your customer's heating and cooling bills, but cold spray demonstrations only deal with the secondary effect of conduction. Sell the concept of a hot sun (heat lamp) being controlled by your low-e coated windows while demonstrating along with our solar meters.

The UV performance characteristics of your window should also be successfully demonstrated. a large percentage of furniture, picture, etc. fading is due to UV radiation. UV lamps dynamically demonstrate your windows' capabilities and differentiate you from the average sales person.

When your customer successfully sees, feels, and interacts with your high performance window, you have effectively shown your company as being superior to your competitors, and they will be more likely to return to you for their future needs.

 
Non Contact Temperature Guns: <Available Products>

Temperature guns add another level of expertise to sales demonstrations to help bring your customers back:

Temperature Guns demonstrate how the infrared or heat component part of the sun's light rays directly affects your customer's comfort and their energy bill and are a good supplement to our Light Spectrum Measurement tools.

Two main methods of using a temperature gun are:

• For sales performed during the sunny part of the day, point the gun at furniture and other valuables and actively demonstrate how much heat is being added to the house due to the sun's heat rays and explain the damaging effects this can have.

• In climates where air-conditioning costs are higher than heating costs, placing a clear or hard coat Low-E side by side with a soft coat Low-E which is designed to reject heat energy, the temperature gun can be pointed at each sample. The quick rising temperature of the glass pane can be shown to the customer.
